How to Return

Taking care of the convenience of our customers, we also provide return service to customers. Under this, the option of replacement/refund is provided to the customers. If the customer has any issue with the received product-

  • We will assist you to resolve the issue with your product. We also guide you with some troubleshooting steps, over the phone.

  • If any defect determined than after a thorough investigation, the final decision related to the replacement/refund on that product will be taken by the Shop Keepar.

REPLACEMENT, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

Replacement is a process of replacing something in place of another.

Return- it is an act of giving back the purchased item by the customer on the RSG Shops24 Platform. It can be with the product was defective, damaged, product missing, the wrong item.

The customer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the product, Product defective, missing, or damaged.

Please note that while you shopping with RSG shops24 Platform during the shopping or services, you must check all the products manually (like expiry date for a product, warranty condition, etc) otherwise RSG Shops24 did not take any responsibility for products or services.
